Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Supercrawl, including the Supercrawl website, app dashboard, API key management tools, usage reporting, and crawl API (the "Service"). Supercrawl is operated by Kaytos, LLC ("Kaytos," "we," "us," or "our").

Supercrawl is currently a beta product. By creating an account, signing in, creating an API key, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Supercrawl for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. What Supercrawl does

Supercrawl provides a hosted API that accepts crawl requests, dispatches crawler infrastructure, and returns data from web pages or research queries. The dashboard lets you sign in with supported OAuth providers, create and disable API keys, and view recent usage.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Supercrawl. You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity that occurs through them. Keep API keys secret, rotate or disable keys that may be exposed, and tell us promptly if you believe your account or keys were compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Supercrawl only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

  • Do not use the Service to access data you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not bypass authentication, paywalls, rate limits, robots controls, or technical restrictions.
  • Do not submit malware, credentials, payment card data, protected health information, or other highly sensitive data.
  • Do not overload, disrupt, scan, attack, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service.
  • Do not use results in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or source website terms.

4. Crawl inputs and results

You are responsible for the URLs, queries, options, and other content you submit to Supercrawl. You grant us the rights needed to process that input, operate crawler infrastructure, return results, provide support, secure the Service, and maintain usage and diagnostic records.

Crawl results may contain third-party content, links, summaries, extracted data, or generated output. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and cannot guarantee that results are complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing results and complying with any rights or restrictions that apply to the underlying sources.

If you believe crawl results include content that infringes your rights, was obtained without authorization, or should not be accessible, contact support@supercrawl.dev with the relevant details and we will review and respond.

5. Beta availability, limits, and changes

The beta Service is provided for evaluation and early use. Features, endpoints, quotas, limits, pricing, and availability may change. We may rate-limit, suspend, or refuse requests that create risk for Supercrawl, our infrastructure providers, target sites, or other users.

6. Fees

Some beta use may be free. If we offer paid usage, you are responsible for fees, overages, and taxes shown in the product, in an order form, or in another written agreement with us. Unless we say otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Third-party services and websites

Supercrawl uses third-party infrastructure and services, including Cloudflare, AWS, and supported OAuth providers such as GitHub and Google. Crawl requests may also interact with third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, terms, or availability.

8. Ownership and feedback

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding except as allowed by us in writing. If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you use Supercrawl.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Supercrawl at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or operational risk, fail to pay agreed fees, or if we discontinue the beta or any part of the Service.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation. Supercrawl is not intended for emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaytos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Kaytos from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your crawl inputs, your use of results, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the beta evolves. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Supercrawl after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For questions about these Terms, contact support@supercrawl.dev.
